Dormi, Jesu

Dormi Jesu  from The Faber Choral Signature Series , is by Vladimir Godar, one of Slovakia's leading composers. Rob Cowan  on BBC's Radio 3 has commented about Godar's  music that,  'It's as if Janacek, Gorecki and Monteverdi have settled on a universal language......' . This gentle piece is for Soprano Solo, Mixed Voices with a piano or harpsichord accompaniment, and would be suitable for a Christmas service or concert.
