Youth choirs and adults alike with love this energetic 'swing style' setting of the popular traditional spiritual, Elijah Rock, by Dave and Jean Perry. Lots of unison singing and call-and-response make this easy to teach, while colorful blues harmonies, scat singing and finger snaps add to the fun! Also included are musical references to 'Joshua Fit the Battle of Jericho' and 'Rock-A My Soul.' The easy brass and rhythm parts are a great addition.
