The books in this colection introduce a teaching plan divide into 3 parts, keeping different layout coloring on each part to an easier learning route for the little children.

The different colours aim to help different contents learning: blue pages = note reading; yellow pages = rhythm reading; pink pages = chant reading.

All the exercises are based on popular songs (Ah! vous dirais-je Maman, Le Palais Royal, Tremp'ton pain Marie, Le bon Roi Dagobert ...) and repertoire excerpts from Bach, Bartok, Berg, Chopin, Haydn, Monteverdi, Mozart, Poulenc, Prokofieff, etc. The final pages in the book present a summary for the contents covered.
