Joaquín Rodrigo Vidre was a Spanish composer and a virtuoso pianist and guitarist. He achieved enormous success in his time, although he was blind from an early age. His works are among the most popular music of the 20th century. Rodrigo is also considered one of the composers who popularized the most the guitar in classical music during the 20th century. His 'Concerto de Aranjuez' is beholded as one of the highest exponents of Spanish music.
