Hismoving song Tears in Heaven was written for the film Rush in1991. Clapton had the dramatic death of his four-and-a-half yearold son in mind while he wrote it. This song was an enormous hitworldwide and it inspired Roland Kernen to make thisarrangement for clarinet quartet.
